Catch Me At My Best! OPTIONS staff do their best to
be star performers driven by the mission, vision & values of OPTIONS.
When a staff person is “caught in the act” of a premier performance,
doing something really terrific – something that exceeds those expectations,
they are nominated for “Catch Me At My Best!”.
Catch Me At My Best is a way for
staff to get recognition from the people they serve, co-workers, family members,
volunteers and people in the community – anyone who catches them in the act. Nominees for each month are
announced in the Employee Newsletter, get their name put in a
drawing for a $20 Wal-Mart Gift Certificate, and are also invited to the quarterly Breakfast with the Executive
Director. If you catch someone on the OPTIONS staff in the act of their best performance, you can nominate them for Catch Me
At My Best by by picking up a form at the OPTIONS office and returning it to
Human Resources.
5-Year Employee Luncheon Each year, OPTIONS honors all those employees who have been with OPTIONS five years or more. Employees being honored get to choose the location of their luncheon. Gifts and service pins are given out to the honorees.
