Program Guidelines

  1. Names of applicants must be submitted to the human resource office on the Applicant Referral Form (available at OPTIONS), prior to hire, to be eligible for participation in this program.

  2. Applicants must be referred for open positions (.pdf file*) only.

  3. Referred applicants must meet the minimum qualifications of the position including ability to work shifts available.

  4. Referring employees are advised whether or not the applicant they referred has been hired.  No information will be given regarding the reasons applicants are not hired.

  5. Referring employees must have successfully completed the three-month probation period and be actively and currently employed in good standing to participate in this program.

  6. This form MUST be submitted prior to the applicant’s hire date.
