Individual Job Placements

OPTIONS Employment Specialist works with area businesses to find qualified candidates to meet their needs.  

Types of Individual jobs include:

• Custodian
• Cart Pushing
• Bagging Groceries
• Office Work
• Food Services
• And More...

When an individual is hired at an area business:

• Work schedules will be set by the business
• Employees will be paid at minimum wage or better
• Employees will be paid by the business
• Employees will work out in the public

In order for an individual to be placed in a job at an area business, they must also be able to meet the following criteria:

• Must be able to work at least 20 hours per week
• Must be able to work with minimum-to-no supervision
