The OPTIONS Red Carpet Telethon Kickoff was Tuesday, March 10^th, 2009 at Smitty's Supply of Roseland.  Telethon "celebrities" walked the Red Carpet at the Kickoff and were interviewed by Joan Rivers and Barbara Walters – or their local equivalents – as they urged their friends and business associates to donate to OPTIONS in their name.   Click here for a list of 2009 celebrities.

The above picture is from the 2008 Telethon Kickoff.  In the spirit of the Academy Awards theme, OPTIONS asked Telethon participants to dress the part at the Kickoff as  "OPTIONS Stars."  Several stars appeared, including Cleopatra, John Wayne, Pippi Longstockings, and Sonny and Cher.
